April Haag is the winner of this quarter’s Thinker award. April is our Executive Coordinator and among her many responsibilities is company safety. During this COVID-19 storm, she wanted to do something positive. She gathered a handful of co-workers and asked 2 simple questions: “What do you realize you have taken for granted?” and “What are you grateful for?” then recorded their responses. The result is a heartfelt video she shared with the company reminding us of things we can appreciate about our current situation. Things like time with family, food on our tables and of course….toilet paper! “As diverse as we are, we can all find something to be grateful for in a time of uncertainty.” Thank you, April, for your creativity and for pointing out the silver lining among the clouds.
