Each quarter Automation Group awards the Thinker award to the employee with the most innovative idea. Rick Navarro, panel shop supervisor, wanted to make the process of building control panels easier and more efficient for his team. After some research on the internet, he found granite manufacturers using a tilt table during production. Rick built his own tilt tables and improved the idea by adding more strength and stability.
