At Automation Group we train on soft skills by sending key employees to Dale Carnegie training. At Dale Carnegie training, winning a pen for a speech is considered very prestigious, as not everyone wins a pen. April won a pen for her speech on a defining moment in her life. April was honored and said, “I find that the class is not just for professional growth and skills but, for life skills, self-reflection, and improvement. It’s a nice balance.”
